The Franklin Sweet Spot Training Paddle 16MM is a specialized pickleball training paddle designed to help players improve their swing, accuracy, timing, and consistency. Its smaller paddle face requires players to make precise contact with the ball, while the 16mm polypropylene core and T700 carbon fiber surface provide a realistic paddle feel. The elongated handle also allows players to practice both one-handed and two-handed shots while maintaining their natural swing path.
