Grizzly Grip With No Slip

The unique mount design featuring the Grizzly Grip technology flexes and bends to conform to where you want a cage. One size truly does fit most tubes!

Ultrasonic welded straps not only keep the mount put, but also have a special frictionally resistant surface to grab a hold of the frame and not let go! So when you go and grab that bottle from its cage it is right where you put it.

Soft and Won Scratch

Why add something to your bike that will only scratch it later? The soft rubber base fits snugly up against your frame or seat post with no abrasive material in its existence. Even the strap material is soft, so you don’t get minute scratches on your nicely painted frame. Details matter‚ don’t settle for anything less.

The Mount is a component of a comprehensive system where the right cage, in the right place, and the right type of terrain come together and revolutionize the way riders carry hydration, prevent dehydration, and allow athletes to explore longer. While most traditional frame cages are stand-alone, do-it-all products, the Cage Ecosystem is a network of cages synergized to withstand the forces that cause bottles to launch.

Behind The Design

Adding an extra cage is a simple process, but designing a low-profile one that fits a wide variety of tube shapes, sides, finishes, and does not mark the paint finish, poses quite a few challenges. The mount must also be able to withstand several ‚ forces when used off-road.

We found the best way to fit the widest range of shapes and surfaces was by using a large compliant pad for maximum frictional resistance. We then designed a rigid composite molded plate to guard against vibration. The straps are actually not sewn, but ultrasonically welded for maximum strength and have a special frictionally-resistant surface to prevent movement.
